Jerry Rivera Jr. has been playing football since he was 12 years old. He started playing with the Queens Jaguars for two seasons and won Team MVP that season. He also won MVP in that championship game while winning the entire chip. Then Rivera Jr played a year with the Queens Gladiators. He played and was a captain all 4 years at John Adams High School from 2012-2016. While at Adam’s High School Rivera he won multiple awards Rivera Jr also played with the NYC Lions youth team and was nominated captain for a season and won best Lineman of the year.

After that Rivera Jr started a team called the Queens Huskies where he also played and was a captain. They were a 18U winter team for two years where they won two championships then moved up to semi pro. They were a semi pro team.
in the spring for 4 years. Rivera Jr also played and was a captain for the CT Tarheels for a summer season. Then Rivera Jr started Coaching at John Adams as an Assistant Head coach and line coach for the JV team for 4 years. While coaching there he continued to play and this time with a new team, the New York Dolphins. This semi pro team became his passion and quickly became the President and a coach.

In 2024 Jerry Rivera Jr. became an owner of the New York Dolphins
Non-profit organization. He has had a lot of love and passion for this sport since he started playing as a kid and that has never left. Rivera Jr believes with all his experience at a young age he can help install that love of the game to the next generation.
